Note: If you do not want to pay online, you will need to complete a paper registration form and pay by check. The form, along with your check needs to be received at the Kairos office before the deadline to avoid the late fees.

Account information
Your full name, first and last. Example: Toni Orlando
Your e-mail address. You will use this e-mail address to login to the site. Instructions will be sent to this e-mail address, so make sure it is accurate.
Please choose a password for your account; it must be no more than 30 characters and spaces are not allowed.
Please re-type your password to confirm it is accurate.
Housing Information
If you are staying in a cottage, please type in the address.
If you are not using any of the above options, please include your alternative housing plans in the form above.
Registration Information
Choose your community. If not listed here, choose "Other".
This will only be used if your location isn't in the list above and you choose "Other".
