Dear On Holiday Participants,

One week ago a letter was sent requesting people to fill out our survey form.  Thus far, only 12      people have completed the survey.  If you were not one of the 12, please take this as a friendly     reminder to visit our site (http://sites.google.com/site/onholidaysurvey/) and fill out the form in     the next week.  We need as many completed surveys as we can get to help us plan for next time.
